Transitions Contracting remodeled a bathroom in our condo and did some work on our brownstone. This was a small job for them but they did a great job and were very professional. As a homeowner it is a pleasure to work with someone who is intelligent, educated and skilled: Iraj is all of that, a rare combination in construction in our experience.
My Coop hired Iraj and his team to renovate our building's entry and hallway. The job was complicated in that we were many clients with many requests, and making decisions required much discussion and approval. Iraj helped us.

We just had the ceilings raised in our NYC apartment as well as renovated/updated the bathroom. We had a terrific experience with Transitions Contracting and the team. They were always responsive, available, and kept us informed of our project's timeline and any issues (few) that came up along the way - which is much appreciated. The foreman and his team were fantastic about doing their best to clean at the end of each day's work as well. All in all, we were very pleased with the outcome of our project, and would use the company again for any potential future work in our home.
